IPhone Keyboard Symbols

I believe that many Iphone users have not yet discovered the keyboard's capability to key-in/incorporate the following symbols into their messages/emails:

Although the above characters are not frequently used, its better if we know how to key in the symbols above. Here's how:

Step 1: Press and hold the "primary" letter in the keyboard. Upon pressing and holding the key for at least three seconds, the "secondary" symbols will become visible.
Step 2: Select the symbol by dragging your fingers across the screen towards the desired symbol.
Step 3: Tap the desired symbol.
